FAQs
Will international buyers be allowed to purchase?
International buyer who are present at the sales centre or who are represented by a third party holding a valid Power of Attorney (POA) will be allowed to purchase. However, an application form must be signed on the day of launch and a non-refundable deposit of AED 25,000/- via cheque must be provided. The down-payment amount must be received in 4 days.
What is the price point?
Official pricing will be communicated only on the launch day.
