General Guide

Marina Residence, developed by Nakheel, consists of six residential buildings built in two clusters of 3 buildings each on either side of the Palm Jumeirah. Buildings 1, 2 & 3 are located on the left side of the Palm (next to the Ocean project), while buildings 4, 5 & 6 are on the right side of the Palm (next to the Tiara project).

Marina Residence includes apartments (2 & 3 bedrooms) and townhouses. A unique feature of the project is the 520 berths and Marina Clubhouse which houses administrative offices, cafes and yachting related shops.

Marina Residences' are considered to have a better quality of finish, layouts and views as compared to the Shoreline Apartments. At the same time, they are cheaper than the luxury developments on the trunk such as Oceana and Tiara.

Type D 2 Bedroom apartment with a built up area of 1,874 sq. ft.

Type C 2 Bedroom + Maid apartment with a built up area of 1,808 sq. ft.

Type B 3 Bedroom apartment with a built up area of 2,454 sq. ft.

The Marina Residence also has two types of duplex penthouses:
