Harbour Views is located on one of the most prime plots within the island district at Dubai Creek Harbour. Units will be located very close to the Central Park and directly opposite the Vida Hotel.

In the long-run, we expect investors and end-users to see capital gains on their property, mainly the apartments offering the view of the Downtown skyline. General Guide

Harbour Views is a twin tower project by Emaar Properties. The project is located on the island district of Emaar's Dubai Creek Harbour master community. These are two 51-storey twin towers featuring one, two, three, and four bedroom apartments and some podium level townhomes. The towers are connected via a three level podium, which will also have some retail. 

Tower 1 launched in January 2016 and Tower 2 launched on April 27, 2017.  

Units have views towards either the swimming pool, partial creek views, view of The Tower or Burj Khalifa / Creek views.

These two towers are located directly behind the Dubai Creek Residences. 

The completion of the two towers is expected in April 2020.
