General Guide

Creekside 18 is a twin tower, high-rise, luxury residential development announced by Emaar on August 30th, 2015. This development is located close to the Dubai Creek Residences which was launched in 2014.

Creekside 18 was launched on the 12th of September 2015. The tower consists of one, two or three bedroom units. As we understand the first launch will take place for Tower A.

Launch prices ranged from AED 1,300 - 1,900 per sq. ft. depending on the unit type and view.
