Jumeirah Golf Estates is one of Dubai's most beatufiul communities. Alandalus is the only apartment development in this community and is being developed by the master-developers themselves.

There are limited units left in building A & B, however the developer is releasing Building C on May 20th, 2017. Construction is underway on this project already.

Project Overview

- Alandalus is an enclave within Jumeirah Golf Estates that was announced in May 2015. The project features apartments (1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom), townhouses (not yet launched), a boutique hotel and a retail component.

- Alandalus is located at the periphery of Jumeirah Golf Estates and is not situated on the golf-course itself. It has an excellent location, right off Al Fay Road before the main entrance of the community.

- Alandalus is being developed by Jumeirah Golf Estates itself (the master-developer of the community). JGE has also developed several of the villa enclaves within Golf Estates including Whispering Pines and Flame Tree Ridge.

As of December 2015, only two of the seven residential buildings have been launched (Buildings A & B). Townhouses have not yet been launched.

All 1 Bedrooms in the first two towers are sold out. 2 Bedrooms have prices ranging from AED 1.25 - 1.35 million. 3 Bedroom are from AED 1.7 million and 4 bedrooms from AED 2.0 - 2.1 million.

These units have prices per sq. ft. of about AED 890 to 950 per sq. ft. which is exceptional value for money considering the project's location and positioning as a high-end project.

The first payment-plan is a construction linked payment plan where there are 10% payments every few months and 100% of the purchase price is payable by completion.

The second payment-plan is 50% payable over the duration of construction and 50% payable over 12 months after completion. If the buyer chooses the second option, then the purchase price is increased by 5%.
