The first payment-plan is a construction linked payment plan where there are 10% payments every few months and 100% of the purchase price is payable by completion.
The second payment-plan is 50% payable over the duration of construction and 50% payable over 12 months after completion. If the buyer chooses the second option, then the purchase price is increased by 5%.
