New Emaar Development which is part of Dubai Hills (Mohammad bin Rashid City). Two phases of Maple were sold out during the launch held on April 25th, 2015. The project three, four and five bedroom townhouses with sizes ranging from 2,200 - 2,700 sq. ft.

Type 3E: 5 bedroom, built up area of 2,700 sq. ft.
Type 3M: 4 bedroom, built up area of 2,387 sq. ft.
Type 2E: 4 bedroom, built up area of 2,462 sq. ft.
Type 2M: 3 bedroom, built up area of 2,228 sq. ft.
- 330 units were sold in Phase 1 over a 2 day period.
- The first batch were sold at slightly lower prices. 3 Bedrooms sold for AED 2 million, 4 bedroom at 2.2 million and 5 bedrooms at 2.5 million. Prices of AED 900 - 925 psf.
- The second batch sold later in the day were priced higher. 3 bedrooms from AED 2.2 million, 4 bedrooms from AED 2.4 million and 5 bedrooms from AED 2.7 million. Prices of around AED 1,000 psf.
