Damac Hills (previously Akoya) is a master-community launched in 2013 along Al Qudra Road. Akoya consists of various types of townhouses, villas, branded villa residences and condominiums built around parks and a Trump branded golf-course. Along with a residential component, Akoya also includes retail, hospitality and other amenities. Deliveries of the first phase of the project commenced in 2017. This project should not be confused with Akoya Oxygen.

About Akoya by Damac - Damac Hills

Overview

- Announced in May 2013, Damac Hills is a townhouse, villa & condominium project built around a Donald Trump designed golf course.

- Located along-side Al Qudra Road, Damac Hills is located opposite to Arabian Ranches and right behind Dubai Motor City.

- Damac Hills is the first villa / townhouse master-development under-taken by Damac Properties.

- Damac Hills is a large development, spread over some 42 million sq. ft.

Components

A total of 26 clusters / villages containing townhouses & villas: The community is divided into two sections: Akoya Park and Akoya Golf-course. Some property types are available in only one of these enclaves whilst others are to be found in both. The Golf-course enclave units have higher selling prices from the developer.

The 30,000 sq. ft. clubhouse will be managed by the Trump Organization which owns and manages 14 other golf courses around the world, but Damac Hills is its first venture into Asia.The golf-course was innaugurated in Feb 2017.

Other planned facilities: include a boutique hotel, spa and International schools from Kindergarten to secondary level.

Condominiums & Serviced Apartments

As of February 2016, a total of 9 projects containing 20 buildings have been launched which offer condominiums (apartments). Some of these projects are along Akoya Drive (like Carson), while others face the golf-course (like Golf Panorama or Horizon etc) and other buildings face the park (like Jasmine, Orchid etc). For the most part, these buildings are all mid-rise (except for Carson) and have a very contemporary finish.

As of February 2016, 8 projects have been launched which contain either hotel or hotel serviced apartment projects. Some of these projects are on the golf-course but most of them are located along Akoya Drive. The hotel / serviced apartment projects will all be managed by Damac's own hospitality division under the brands of NAIA and Maison.

Villa & Townhouse 'Villages'

Each of the below villages consists of a mix of townhouses and villas (as mentioned above). Some clusters only have townhouses or villas while other clusters have both villas and townhouses. Villages that are close to the golf-course are valued higher, whereas villages built in what is known as 'Akoya park' are priced relatively lower. Most of the villages have been sold out and from time to time, Damac release a new batch of units for sale depending on demand / promotions etc. Most villages were launched between 2013 - 2014.
