Green Community Motor City is the villa enclave of Motor City – which is a master-development by Union Properties located between Arabian Ranches and Victory Heights on Mohammad Bin Zayed Road.

This is the developer’s third Green Community project after Green Community East & West in Dubai Investment Park which are leasehold properties.

Motor City is one of the smallest villa communities in Dubai having only 285 units in total. Union Properties is considered to be one of the best developers in Dubai and the quality of this community & the excellent floor-plans is the main unique selling point.

There are a few lake facing homes, but all the properties in Green Community are single row and usually backing onto community parks and playgrounds.

Motor City experienced very high transaction activity in 2010 – 2011 but has since cooled off mainly due to the lack of availability of property.
