Vida Residences Dubai Mall is one of the last few projects to be launched in such a prime location by Emaar. The two tower complex is located directly opposite to the Dubai Mall, next to Address Fountain Views and will connect directly to the mall. With the announcement of this project, the last of the prime plots in Downtown has been allocated.
The first component to be launched is Tower 1 which has hotel serviced apartments managed under Emaar's Vida brand. Tower 1 will have one, two, three, and four bed units; front-facing units will be facing the Dubai Fountain & Burj Khalifa and will be in very high demand on the day of launch. We expect prices to range from between AED 2300 - 2600 per sq. ft. In addition, Emaar are guaranteeing all serviced apartments to be part of the hotel pool which ultimately will offer very strong rental yields.
