About Elite 10

Elite 10 is an under-construction 15 storey apartment development currently under-construction in Dubai Sports City. Elite 10 is being constructed on an unsually large land parcel and upon completion will be the single largest apartment development in Sports City. The developer is Triplanet, who have already delivered 7 projects in Sports City and a further 3 are under-construction.

Elite 10 is by far the most ambitious undertaking by the developer to date. The project is located of the Al Fay Road entrance to Dubai Sports City. Elite 10 is being developed on four plots, will have fifteen storeys and fifty apartments on each floor.

The project launched in November of 2014 with opening price of AED 770 - 850 per sq. ft. Prices have gradually been revised upward as project sales progress.
