Fortuna Village - Victory Heights - Dubai Sports City

Overview

Fortuna is a village within Victory Heights, Sports City which will contain a total of 30 townhouses (middle and end units) - quite similar to the existing Townhouse Type 2s found in the rest of Victory Heights.

All units have 4 bedrooms plus a maids room. Built up areas are 2,650 sq. ft. on average and all have plot sizes of about 2,700 sq. ft.

Total sale prices are between AED 3.4 - 3.5 million (as of October 15th, 2014), which is currently the market price for ready Townhouse Type 2s in Victory Heights.

The payment plan is 10% down, 10% when the project is 10% complete; 15% when the project is 25% complete; 15% when the project is 40% complete; 20% when the project is 60% complete; 20% when the project is 80% complete and 10% when the project is completed.

April 2015 Update

The developer has revised prices downwards taking into account slower market conditions.

Middle units are now selling for AED 3.1 million

End units are now selling for AED 3.2 million

The developer is also giving two options as a payment plan for buyers.

Option 1: 50% payable during the course of construction, and 50% payable on handover.

Option 2: 40% payable during the course of construction, and buyers will get the option to continue paying upto 1 year after handover but the base price will be increased by 6%.
