Pearl Jumeirah by Meraas Development is a project with a lot of unique selling points.

Announced in 2010, this is reclaimed land right off Jumeirah which also applies Jumeirah construction by-laws on the peninsula. Even though it is located right off Jumeirah, it has freehold title.
