- Constella by Damac Properties is the developer's second hotel serviced apartment project in Jumeirah Village Circle (the other is Vantage which was launched in April 2014).

- According to the developer, Constella is a unique concept - being a Sharia compliant hotel - which will be alcohol free, have seperate pools, gyms and saunas for men and women. Even the restaurants will have seperate male and family sections. The project is also compliant with Islamic financing principles and all funds will be managed by an Islamic Bank.

- Constella consists of studios, 1 & 2 bedroom serviced hotel apartments. The launches prices on May 6th, 2014 were at the AED 1200 - AED 1250 psf for 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. Prices for studios were at the AED 1300 - 1350 psf mark.
