Marina Gate Tower 1

Tower 1 was launched in 2014 and sold out over a period of 6 months.

Launch prices ranged from AED 1,700 - 2,000 per sq. ft.

Tower 1 is handed over / completed.

Marina Gate Tower 2

As of May 2016, over 90% of units in Marina Gate 2 are sold. Prices range from AED 1,800 - 2,500 per sq. ft.

Payment-Plan for Marina Gate 2 is 10% down payment, 40% on handover and the remaining 50% over 5 years post-handover. 2.5% Quarterly installments and waiver of late payment charges.

Jumeirah Living Marina Gate (Tower 3)

In February 2017, Select Group announced that Jumeirah Group had been appointed to manage 508 properties in the third tower of Marina Gate. Jumeirah Group will manage 104 serviced apartments, 389 branded residences and 15 villas.
