General Guide

As its name suggests, Green Community DIP is spread across lush landscape, 67 hectares of it, in Dubai Investment Park (DIP). The community is developed by Union Properties and is located on Mohammad bin Zayed road close to Jebel Ali Free-zone & the new Airport – Dubai World Central.

Green Community in DIP consists of two phases – East and West. These communities benefit from the various schools and nurseries in the neighborhood as well as a small community mall called The Market.

Green Community features 3 Bedroom Townhouses, 4 Bedroom Bungalows, 5 Bedroom Family Villas and 6 Bedroom Luxury Villas. All property types are identical with the only variations being location and plot sizes which may vary slightly.

One of the reasons for the popularity of this community is its truly suburban feel and incredible amounts of mature landscaping. Every home is finished to a high standard and are almost all without exception single row units backing on to parks and winding walkways.
