About Falcon City of Wonders

Falcon City is one of the most ambitious real estate projects in the region.

If and when the developer is able to realize the original vision of the project, Falcon city will feature many of the modern and ancient wonders of the world – think Pyramids, the Taj Mahal, the Eiffel Tower and more – in the form of residential and commercial developments.

Falcon City was announced back in 2005 and for many years it had seemed that this project would be one of the biggest symbols of Dubai’s fall from grace. However, the developer has since revisted the master-plan and focused on delivering the practical – in the shape of 366 villas and townhouses which were handed over in 2012.

Falcon City consists of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses; 3, 4 & 5 bedroom semi-detached villa and 4 & 5 bedroom independent villas. While floor-plans of all property types are nearly identical, the facades of the villas come in four styles: Andalusia, New World, Aegean and Santa-Fe.

Phase 1

Consists of 215 villas & semi-detached villas as well as 131 townhouses. Falcon City is a gated community with access from Mohammad bin Zayed Road.

Phase 2

Since mid-2013, Falcon City (the developer) has concentrated on the selling and construction of Phase 2 which has another 214 units.

As of March 2015, Phase 2 is nearing completion. The developer is selling units in the development on a move-in now and pay over 18 months payment plan. The payment plan is as follows:

Launch of Hotel Apartments

During Cityscape 2013, Falcon City has announced that one of three pyramids, which are located on a land parcel with frontage on Mohammad Bin Zayed Road will commence in Q1 2014 as 15 floors of hotel apartments. As of the end of Q1 2015, this project has yet to be formally announced.
