About Palm Jumeirah Residential Plots

Two types of plots available (smaller and larger) - typically classified as Garden Home or Signature Villa plots.

Smaller plot sizes range from 6,800 - 7,500 sq. ft.

Larger plot sizes range from 13 - 14,000 sq. ft.

FAR Allowed is 75%.

All plots on Frond N are easily transferable with title deed. Construction permission from Nakheel typically takes 6 - 12 months.

Construction can commence immediately.

For Fronds G, H, I and J - these plots were sold to investors with the stipulation that they cannot be transferred until development has taken place. These fronds also lag behind in terms of development. Therefore, the majority of activity/interest in residential land is focused on Frond N.
