General Guide

  1. In June of 2013, Nakheel announced the Legacy Nova enclave in Jumeirah Park. At the time of this announcement large parts of Jumeirah Park had already been delivered. The Legacy Nova villas are in Package 7 of Jumeirah Park. Originally these were supposed to be 3 bedroom small units but after the 2009 financial crisis, while construction resumed on other parts of Jumeirah Park, Package 7 was cancelled. Nakheel launched Package 7 as Legacy Nova featuring 4 bedroom independent villas.
  2. Legacy Novas have a built up area of 4,154 sq. ft. and a total area including terraces of 4,893 sq. ft. The entire rooftop is a terrace area. Plot sizes range from 5,400 to 6,000 sq. ft. The vast majority of Nova villas have plot sizes of 5,400 - 5,600 sq. ft.
  3. Legacy Novas represent one of the last major freehold villa developments off Sheikh Zayed Road. Legacy Nova is close to Meadows, Jumeirah Islands and of course, Jumeirah Park. It is in proximity to Meadows Town Center and the Jumeirah Park retail area. There are a number of schools in the vicinity.
  4. Unit handovers commenced in Q4 2016 and will continue through 2017
