Al Khail Heights is an under-construction low-rise apartment & townhouse complex located close to Business Bay.

Al Khail Heights was launched in 2013 and in the following months was one of the 'hottest' projects on the market for investors.

The developer of this project sold units directly to the market with a payment plan of 60% payable till completion and 40% payable over two years of handover. Texture Holding also sold entire buildings in bulk to investors who in turn have flipped over individual units at a profit.


There are a total of 22 buildings, all currently under-construction. Each building has two blocks.

As of Q1 2016, all buildings have been sold out and units are typically available in the secondary market.

The payment plan for the project is 50% payable immediately and 10% payable on completion. The remaining 40% is payable over 2 years following handover.


There are a total of 58 townhouses comprising 5 & 6 bedroom units. These units are supposed to be handed over in Q3 2015. Payment plan is 50% down and 50% on completion. 5 bedroom townhouses have built up areas of 3,500 sq. ft. and 6 bedroom townhouses have built up areas of 4,300 sq. ft.

As of Q1 2015, 5 bedroom townhouses have selling prices of AED 3,000,000 while 6 bedroom townhouses are at AED 4,000,000.
