General Guide

  1. Victory Heights is located within Dubai Sports City and consists of 4 Bedroom townhouses and 4, 5 & 6 Bedroom Villas.
  2. Victory Heights, as compared to other mega developments in Dubai is relatively a smaller, family community with a school and a nursery where residents can benefit from a number of sporting and recreational activities available at Dubai Sports City including football, swimming, rugby and cricket.
  3. The main feature of Victory Heights is the Ernie Ells designed par 72 championship golf-course. There is also a Butch Harmon school of Golf located in the community.
  4. Villas are spread through 7 villages of varying sizes: Esmeralda, Estella, Novelia, Carmen, Olivia, Calida, Morella and Fortuna.
  5. Each villa type comes in two or three styles: European, Mediterranean or Spanish. There are subtle differences in the internal areas but the main differentiating factor is the façade.
  6. Golf facing villas have the highest prices. The location of the villas within each village also impacts home values. Increasingly there are a number of homes coming onto the market with extensive upgrades.
