About Al Sahab 2

Al Sahab 2 is a 24 storey tower that is part of the Al Sahab complex which has one other building (Al Sahab 1). These two buildings are considered to be amongst the best projects in Dubai Marina. Al Sahab complex borders the Marina Promenade complex (also by Emaar) where there are a range of high-end restaurants and cafes.

While Al Sahab 1 & 2 both are graded as high-end developments, some of our viewers have questioned whether this building should be classified as 'Luxury' like Marina Promenade and The First Six Towers. In general capital values for Al Sahab remain slightly lower than these other two developments, however, there are certain cases some properties in Al Sahab may transact at similar prices as Marina Promenade (e.g. a 3 bedroom on a high floor with an excellent view of the marina).
