Sunset can be compared to Old Town in Downtown Dubai - a collection of low to mid-rise buildings. However, Emaar has taken the Old Town concept and enhanced it by including numerous amenities such as licensed restaurants and bars, waterfront dining at Vida Hotel, and 300 m beach.

The prices at which these apartments were launched at were much lower than the starting prices across the creek, on the island district. Creek Beach units will be suitable for short-term rentals as well, due to the fact the beach is in very close proximity. This aspect has attracted many investors to buy properties at Creek Beach.

Overall, the Creek Beach community is highly suitable for both investors and end-users. For investors, we expect Creek Beach to provide stable annual yields once complete, and for end-users, the best of both lifestyles (beachfront and city-centre). The location is prime as its only 10 min. to Downtown and 10 min. to the airport.

  • Sunset is the first phase of Creek Beach that was launched. Creek Beach is a community that is similar to the "Old Town Residences" in Downtown Dubai. 
  • Location-wise, Sunset has the best location from amongst the 5 phases at Creek Beach. It is located adjacent to the Vida Hotel and Residences and is directly along the 3 km long man-made beach.  

  • Some of the front-facing apartments within the Sunset buildings will have unobstructed views of the beach and water. These will mainly be the 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.  
  • Building 1: 10 Floors 
  • Building 2: 9 Floors 
  • Building 3: 12 Floors 
  • Close proximity to The Dubai Creek Tower, Creek Marina, and the wildlife sanctuary. 
  • The community has a contemporary old town exterior look. The apartments have a high-end modern interior finish.
