About Creek Palace

Creek Palace is a residential tower in Dubai Creek Harbour featuring 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom waterfront villas on the ground floor. The tower is 33 floors in total. 

Creek Palace is located on the Island District, next to Palace Residences. The apartments at Creek Palace offer views of Creek, Creek Beach, Creek Tower, Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary and the Island District community and park. 

This is one of the few plots left to be launched directly overlooking the waterfront. 

The prices start from AED 1,040,000 and the apartments are being sold on a payment plan, with 40% payable over 2 years post-completion. 

Creek Palace offers residents with additional benefits, that are not found in the other towers on Island District. Similar to the Palace Residences, Creek Palace residents can enjoy various world-class features of the Palace Hotel, such as valet parking, on-demand house keeping services, on-demand hotel services, and discounts at the Palace Hotel. 

As of now, there are limited one and two bedroom apartments remaining directly from the developer in Dubai Creek Harbour. There are a few units, but these are mainly podium level or don't offer the best views (mainly community facing views). In addition, the prices points for Creek Palace are much more competitive when comparing to the current developer stock of units in Dubai Creek Harbour. 

Location-wise, Creek Palace is probably one of the last few waterfront plots on the island district. Apartments on the front-side offer beautiful views of the Creek Beach, the Creek, and the Creek Tower (from higher-floors). The best 2 and 3 beds with the Creek Beach and Creek views would be on the lower floors, while the Creek Tower views are best from the higher floors on the front-side. The back-side apartments offer views of the community, partial views of the central park, Ras al Khor wildlife sanctuary, and Downtown Dubai skyline. The best views are of the corner two beds from mid-to-higher floors (08 series), which are overlooking the Downtown skyline and Ras al Khor Wildlife sanctuary. The one beds also offer good views from the mid-to-higher floors.
