About Beach Isle


Beach Isle is a twin-tower development located in the Emaar Beachfront master community. Beach Isle features 1, 2, 3, & 4 bedroom apartments and 3 & 4 bedroom waterfront podium villas. The front-facing units will have unobstructed views of the Palm and Sea. The towers are located between the previously launched Beach Vista and Grand Bleu Towers by Elie Saab

The waterfront villas are being introduced for the first time at Emaar Beachfront. There are only 10 of these and vary between 3 & 4 bedroom villas. These were sold out on the first day of launch. As of now, only tower 1 has been launched. Tower 1 is a 24 floors in addition to 5 levels of podium. 

Emaar Beachfront is unlike any other master community in Dubai. The only communities that come close in comparison are Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island, however most apartments don't have direct access to the beach on the Palm or have access through Ceasar's Palace hotel at Bluewaters Island. In addition, these are brand new buildings at Emaar Beachfront. 

Emaar Beachfront is ideal for both end-users and investors.  The front-facing units (2, 3, and 4 beds with full views of Palm and Sea) are especially suitable for the end-users. Holiday homes/short-term rentals is a very good option for investors, and on average, investors can expect around 6 - 8% yield annually. The two bedroom is especially ideal for the short-term rental option, as the one bedroom apartment is still directly competing with the hotel inventory. There is a significant demand for the two bedroom on short-term rental, as majority of tourists traveling to Dubai travel with families and require more space.

  • Emaar Beachfront is a 10 million sq. ft. development featuring waterfront residences and a hotel in Dubai Harbour. This will be a gated community featuring 27 towers, with each tower having access to the 1.5 km beach. 
  • Dubai Harbour is a new area in Dubai Marina, between JBR and Palm Jumeirah.  
  • This is a development by one of Dubai's largest and most reputable developers, Emaar. 
  • The development will feature high-end and luxury waterfront residential buildings, as well as a hotel. The hotel will be managed by Address Hotels + Resorts. 
  • The hotel and residences will also have access to the beach. 
  • Prices start from AED 1.67 million from the current available units. The apartments are available on a payment plan. 
  • This development will be part of Dubai Harbour, which includes retail space, restaurants, wellness and leisure activities/spaces and other amenities.
