  • Additionally, it is located very close to the Opera District within Downtown Dubai, offering future residents access to the art scene. For investors, its ideal to carry out short-term rentals/holiday homes as the Opera District attracts many tourists with the Dubai Opera having sell out shows. 
  • Great investment opportunity for holiday home renting as the building is walking distance from Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa (7 min.) and steps away from Dubai Opera. This is the most affordable launch by Emaar in Downtown Dubai. Similar projects, previously launched (higher priced), in downtown were sold out.
