The entire district will be developed by Emaar Properties, one of Dubai's largest developers. Creek Beach district will feature a 2 km man-made beach, along which residents will be able to find various retail, f&b / dining outlets, and entertainment experiences.

The community is being developed mostly as a low-rise residential district, with the Vida Residences at Creek Beach being the only high-rise tower within the community.  

About Dubai Creek Harbour

Dubai Creek Harbour is an upcoming master community by Emaar Properties. The community is centrally located being 10 min. drive from Downtown Dubai, about 15 min. from Dubai International Airport,  25 min. away from Dubai Marina, and about 40 min. away from Dubai South / Al Maktoum International Airport. 

Dubai Creek Harbour will feature the world's tallest tower, The Creek Tower, with a mall at the base of the tower called Dubai Square Mall. The mall will also feature an indoor China Town. Dubai Creek Harbour will have various different districts, with the tower and mall being located in the retail and entertainment district. The community also features an island, called the island district, which is mainly around 40 high-rise residential towers. 

This community is expected to be the future Downtown of Dubai. Currently, the island district has  6 ready towers with residents moved in. Various towers will be handed over in the next few years starting from 2020. Construction is fully underway.
