About Surf


Surf at Creek Beach is a residential development featuring one, two, and three bedroom apartments. The development features a G+7 tower and a G+9 tower. This is the last low-rise project to be launched at the Creek Beach development. 

Surf are two low-rise towers located in close proximity to the Plaza, the Creek Beach (man-made beach), and the Creek Marina. Residents have direct access to the beach, which also features restaurants, cafes, and some retail. All the other towers have been launched at Creek Beach, with Surf being the last two towers to launch in the area. There will be a Vida Hotel & Residences, which is yet to be launched and that will likely be the last project at Creek Beach. 

Surf is ideal for the investor and end-user. Surf apartments offer investors capital gains and decent ROI in the future. Investors have the option to rent out their apartment on a short-term basis/as a holiday or on a longer term period. The two-year post-completion payment plan allows for investors to cover the purchase price with a portion of the rent.
