Phase 3 - Spring

  • Spring is a residential gated community within Arabian Ranches 3 and features 3 & 4 bedroom townhouses. Spring is Phase 3 of the master community, Arabian Ranches 3. 
  • The townhouses are being sold on a payment plan. Most importantly, Emaar is offering a two years post-handover plan (30% payable after owners get their keys). 
  • Emaar is also, for a limited time, offering 50% discount on the Dubai Land Department registration fees, as well as 3-years service charge waiver. 
  • The townhouses are located in clusters of 4, 5, 6, and 8 townhouses. 
  • 3 Bedroom townhouses are middle units and there are two types.
