We expect this investment to provide decent rental returns as well as future capital appreciation once ready. The large apartment sizes and being located very close to city centre suit end-users as well.

Rahaal is one of the buildings within MJ Living. This is part of phase 2 in MJ Living which will feature 3 buildings (1-4 bedroom apartments), 1 swimming pool, children's pool, as well as a gym to be shared amongst the three buildings. 

Announced at Cityscape 2018, Dubai's largest real estate convention, MJ Living by Dubai Holdings is an exclusive freehold community located in Jumeirah. The development  consists of one, two, three, and four bedroom apartments overlooking Burj Al Arab and the Arabian Gulf. MJ Living will be connected by an air-conditioned footbridge to the Madinat Jumeirah Resort.

One of the unique selling points of this community is its location. Located in Jumeirah across the road from Burj Al Arab, Madinat Jumeirah, Wild Wadi, five star hotels, and retail outlets, MJ Living is located quite centrally. It is well-connected to the rest of the city, as it is accessible via some of the major roads and highways of Dubai: Umm Sequim Road, Al Soufouh Road, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Jumeirah Road.  

Currently, Dubai Holdings is selling building 4 and 5 in the project.
