Burj Royale is being billed as one of the most significant launches. Emaar claims that this will be the last tower in Downtown Dubai offering panoramic views of Burj Khalifa and the fountain. The tower is strategically placed and positioned behind Old Town and in front of Burj Views to maximize the view. Another advantage of the tower is its close proximity to Dubai Mall (5 min. walk), which in the past has been preferred by many investors. Launch prices are very reasonable in Burj Royale, as compared to previously launched projects nearby such as Boulevard Point.

We anticipate the one beds to start from approximately AED 1.1 million , 1.8 million for two beds, and 2.8 million for 3 beds. Emaar is also offering a 2% DLD waiver, which is another advantage (valid till Nov 15, 2018).

Burj Royale is a project by Emaar, located in front of Burj Views and right behind Old Town. It will be a 58 storey building (G+ 4P + 1 floor facilities + 53 floors). The 53rd floor will be used as an observation deck offering panoramic views of the tallest tower in the world, Burj Khalifa, and the infamous Dubai fountains. 

Burj Royale is a residential building featuring one, two, and three bedroom apartments. The one beds are mainly facing the back-side (overlooking Burj Views/Business Bay). The two and three beds will offer prime views of Downtown boulevard, fountain, and Burj Khalifa. Burj Royale is being advertised as the last building to have panoramic views of the fountain and Burj Khalifa. This is being billed as the most significant launch in Downtown Dubai for some time and Burj Royale promises to be quite a spectacular and significant project.  

Emaar has an offer valid till the 15th of November, offering a 2% Dubai Land Department fees waiver.
