Forte apartments are located right along Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard across from the Dubai Opera House. These high-end apartments are located adjacent to the Lofts complex. The one and two bedroom apartments were priced-well at launch however this reflect their smaller unit sizes. Generally, compared to apartments across Downtown Dubai, Forte apartments will be of smaller sizes. However, compared to some projects, Forte hold a much better location as it is located right opposite the Opera House and is located in the cultural district of Downtown. The podium level of Forte, unlike other downtown developments, will have a new museum as well as a library. This differentiates it from other developments in the area.

About Forte

Overview

Forte is a twin-tower development by Emaar Properties located in the Opera District of Downtown Dubai. Forte is located opposite the Dubai Opera House, a multi-format performing arts center. The towers are located along Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, which features numerous retail / f&b outlets, and adjacent to the Lofts Complex. 

The twin towers together will comprise of 850 high-end one, two, and three bedroom apartments. The apartments and the towers itself will have a modern and contemporary design.  Forte Tower 1 is a 70-floor building, while Forte Tower 2 is 50 floors. Both towers will sit on a podium level. Apartments will offer views of Dubai Opera, Opera Plaza, Burj Khalifa, and the Fountain. 

The podium level of the building will also feature Dubai's newest cultural project, a 12,000 sq. m. museum of modern art. Additionally, the podium level will feature retail offerings such as coffee shops and possibly convenience stores. 

The two buildings will also have five levels of underground/basement parking for residents. One and two bedroom apartments will come with one parking, while three and four bedroom apartments come with two parking spots.  

Besides all the regular amenities offered by majority of the projects in Downtown, Forte will also have a library. Other amenities include, swimming pool, fully-equipped gym, children's play area, and children's pool. 

A renowned Japanese architecture firm, Nikken Sekkei, has designed this building.
