Seven City JLT is an upcoming residential development featuring some of the cheapest studios, one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Units start from AED 375,000.

Prices are being launched at around AED 900 per square foot. JLT is an established community and has high demand for high quality apartments. Its well-connected to the rest of the city, being right on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Payment plan is fairly flexible with 5% down, 6% every quarter, and remaining due on completion (Q2-2021).

Advantages of this project are firstly its prices and secondly it's location. However one must consider the number of units that will be handed over in this project. This can result in a longer period of time to lease out units and perhaps lower the rents in the short-run, resulting in lower yields for investors, but beneficial for the tenants.
