Beach Vista at Emaar Beachfront is a twin-tower development by Emaar located in Dubai Marina (between JBR and The Palm Jumeirah). The twin-tower will consist of one, two, three, and four bedroom apartments overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Given Emaar's track record and reputation we can expect this will be a high quality development with some of the city's best views. There will be 7 units per floor and the development is designed to ensure that all units will have a good view. The one bedroom apartments will have views mostly of the Marina Skyline & Boulevard. There are two, three, and four bed units that have the Palm Jumeirah view, as well as views of the marina. The podium levels will have various state-of-the-art amenities

About Emaar Beach Front

Emaar Beachfront is a 10 million sq. ft. development located within Dubai Harbour and features high-end and luxury waterfront residential apartments by Emaar as well as a hotel to be developed by Emaar and operated by Address Hotels + Resorts. The hotel and residences will have access to the beach. There will be a total of 24 buildings in the entire development. 

Comparable communities such as Bluewaters Island and Port de La Mer don't offer direct beach access, while areas like Jumeirah Beach Residences have access to public beaches. Emaar Beachfront is currently one of the very few projects offering direct beach access to its residents. 

Palm Jumeirah apartments are now a lot more mature and in terms of architecture, outdated.
