1. Location - it is located right across from the Nakheel Mall on the Palm. The plot overlooks the Marina Skyline and Arabian Gulf. Some units will also have a view of the Dubai Eye/Bluewaters Island.

2. Price - This project is priced very well. Studios start from AED 750,000, where as in the current market, ready studios are available starting for AED 950,000.

Investors can potentially increase their return by letting smaller units on a short-term basis (through holiday home companies).

This may be one of the better investment opportunities on the Palm currently.
