About Vida Zaabeel

Vida Za'abeel is a twin-tower development in Za'abeel overlooking the park. The development has been designed to offer a 360 degree city view. This is the first freehold development by Emaar in the Za'abeel. 

Vida Za'abeel consists of one, two, and three bedroom branded residences. There will also be a Vida Hotel located on the lower floors of Tower 2. The development also features a three-level tiered podium. 

Units will offer views of Zaa'beel Park, Burj Khalifa/Downtown Skyline, Dubai Creek Tower, and views of the Arabian Gulf. 

The developer has not released prices but we expect them to be reasonable. 

We expect there to be high demand for this project for several reasons.

1. Central Location: Vida Za'abeel is located between and connects old and new Dubai. It is easily accessible from major arterial roads, connecting the development to the rest of the city. Major developments in close proximity are DIFC, Downtown Dubai, Deira, Bur Dubai, and Dubai Creek Harbour. 

2. Vida Brand: Previously, Vida branded developments have usually sold out very fast.
