In 2015, Emaar launched Downtown Views 1, which is a high-rise building situated upon an 11 floor podium which also contains an extension of the Dubai Mall. From January -

April 2017, Emaar launched the three high-rise residential buildings that consititue Downtown Views 2 - lcoated next to the Downtown Views 1 project.

As of June 2017, almost 95% of all units have been sold. Unit prices were as follows:

1 bed from AED 1.2 M - 1.4 M

2 bed from AED 2.1 M - 2.5 M

3 beds from AED 3.2 M - 3.6 M

The project is offering very attractive price points. While this is not core Downtown Dubai, it is part of the larger area of DIFC / Downtown. The complex will have excellent access to Sheikh Zayed, Financial Center, Al Khail Road and MBZ Road. The Dubai Mall Extension is right next to the Dubai Mall Extension.
