General Guide

- Large master-community which will contain various types of property including cluster homes, villas and apartments

- Located behind The Villa project (also by Dubai Properties); close to the intersection of Dubai Bypass Road and Al Ain Road.

- In March 2017, Dubai Holding, the master-developer of Dubailand, announced that Dubai's largest mark will be developed very close to Villa Nova. This park will feature an area of 1.4 million sq. meters, it will have 30 KM of walking paths, 20 KM for joggers, 14 KM of cycling tracks, 7KM of nature trails and 55 playgrounds and sports facilities.

- First phase of the project called Amaranta was launched in October of 2016. Amaranta consisted of 2 & 3 bedroom cluster homes (townhouses) as well as 3 and 4 bedroom villas.

- The second phase of the project, La Quinta, was launched in January 2017 and consists of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom villas.
