What is the exact payment-plan:
If you reside in Dubai, you have to pay 10% down-payment and then 15% within 60 days.
From the following month you will have to pay 1% a month for 75 months. However, the building will be ready between months 33 - 36; so approximately 45% of the total price is payable after you get your apartment.
For overseas clients, it is a 15% down and 10% after 60 days followed by 1% a month.
Are there any additional fees payable?
