- A VIP launch was held on the 29th of September, 2016 whereby investors had to purchase a minimum of AED 3 million worth of units. During this event, a large portion of the project's first phase was sold out.

- A public launch was held on the 1st of October, 2016. Remaining units were sold out during this launch.

- In the first phase, a total of 257 townhouses and 415 apartments were released.

- In the first phase, one out of the four Pulse Boulevard Apartment buildings was released and three out of the six Pulse Residence buildings were released for sale.
