Launch of Urbana - first phase

- Urbana is the first phase of Emaar South.

- Launched on 6th September, 2016

- The project will feature 2 & 3 bedroom townhouses. However, each unit will be sold as a single level (i.e. ground floor and first floor) units will be sold separately

- Starting prices for first level of the 2 bedroom townhouses were advertised at AED 700,000.

- All 3 bedroom units will be end units.

- Total of 324 units in first phase

- All units were sold out on launch day itself.

Launch Report and subsequent activity

- Emaar advertised units with prices starting from AED 700,000. However, the majority of units were sold at prices ranging from AED 900,000 - 1,350,000. 95% of the project was sold out on launch day and a few remaining units were sold out on subsequent days.

- Launch prices ranged from AED 680 - 870 per sq. ft.

- In February 2017, Emaar launched Urbana Phase II which also had a rapid sales response.
