In summary, these towers are exceptionally well priced for their location. The Opera Grand development right next door was launched in 2014 at prices of AED 3,500 - 4,500 per sq. ft. Similar front-facing/fountain/Burj Khalifa view apartments are selling for between AED 2,400 - 2,500 per sq. ft.

In addition, these are the last towers that will come up in Downtown Dubai (except for one Vida Hotel which will be launched in the near future and also in the Opera District).
