General Guide

The Shoreline Apartments are a group of 20 mid-rise residential buildings developed by Nakheel on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah. Launched in 2003 / 2004 - the Shoreline Apartments are the largest single apartment development on Palm, comprising of 2,604 one, two and three bedroom units.

Half of the Shoreline is situated on the beach and many of these apartments have views of the ocean and direct beach-front access (these are the right-hand side buildings). The left hand side Shoreline buildings do not enjoy these same views and thus generally demand lower sale and rental values.

Unit Components on the Right Hand Side

Except for the ground floor and penthouse level, each floor has 12 units (6 on each wing):

  • Type A: 3 Bedroom, corner units, have views towards the sea. Built up area of 2,184 sq. ft.
  • Type C: 3 Bedroom units which have views towards the road and the left-sided Shoreline buildings. Built up area of 2,260 sq. ft.
  • Type F: 2 Bedroom units which are in the center of the building and have full sea views. Some of these two bedrooms rival the three bedrooms in price because their view commands a premium. Total built up area of 2,055 sq. ft.
  • Type D: 2 Bedroom units which will have views towards the sea but are not as panoramic as the Type F's. They are smaller in size, built up area of 1,582 sq. ft.
  • Type E: 2 Bedroom units which have views towards the road and the left-sided Shoreline buildings. Built up area of 1,646 sq. ft.
  • Type B: 1 Bedroom units which have views towards the sea but depending on building and floor, these views are not panoramic but many of them do have excellent sea views. Built up area of 1,184 sq. ft.
