Emaar are commencing sales of Sidra Phase 3. Like the previous two phases, Sidra 3 will consist of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom independent villas.
The payment-plan is 50% payable during construction, 10% on handover and 40% payable on handover.
3 Bedroom Villas (Type 1) for AED 3.3 - 3.4 million. Size of 3,102 sq. ft.
4 Bedroom Villas (Type 2) for AED 3.6 - 3.8 million. Size of 3,273 sq. ft.

On Feb 22nd, Emaar announced that all the villas in Sidra Phase 1 have been sold out.
The second phase will most likely be launched within the next few weeks.
Buyers were particularly attracted to the payment-plan which was 60% payable during the construction phase and 40% payable post completion.
This is the first time Emaar announced such a payment-plan and the success of this launch will most likely mean that this is a model that the developer will employ through 2016 launches.
