The response for this project was not overwhelming as is usually the case with most Emaar Downtown launches. However, as we understand (according to sources), Emaar still did sell out over 400 units.
The prices for the 2 bedrooms (which were all back-facing; i.e. not facing the Burj Khalifa or Opera) and also had smaller built up areas (1050 - 1200 sq. ft.) started from AED 1,950 per sq. ft. to 2,100 psf (price per sq. ft.)
The prices for 3 bedrooms which were full Burj Khalifa / Opera facing started from AED 2,700 - 2,800 psf.
The units launched in Forte Towers have among the smallest built up areas for units in the Downtown District. The prices psf were attractive, especially for the 2 bedroom units which were extremely well priced at AED 2.0 - 2.1 million.
