    Transaction activity is low and prices have declined by over 6% in this last quarter.

    Premiums for 1 bedrooms now range between 17 - 18% as compared to 21 - 23% in Q2 2014.

    Premiums for 2 bedrooms now range between 14 - 20% compared to 22 - 25% in Q2 2014.

    Premiums for 3 bedrooms now range between 14 - 23% compared to 25 - 30% in Q3 2014.
