Emaar have been on a launch spree since the start of September 2018. There have been numerous new project announcements and a number of incentives provided for limited unsold inventory in major communities.

What this does is create great cash flow feasibility for investors looking for smaller ticket sizes while still getting luxury & the Emaar brand which historically has offered higher capital gains and are easier to resell.
