Arada, the UAE’s newest developer of key residential properties, is launching Phase Four of its premium Sharjah community, Nasma Residences, following exceptional sales in the project’s earlier phases.
The release of 302 units in this key phase will see the introduction of the Bareem Townhouses, a stylish collection of two- and three-bedroom homes created for couples and young families, into the community, said a statement from Arada.
Featuring a clean, modernist design that makes the best use of available space, Bareem Townhouses are priced extremely competitively, in line with Arada’s commitment to provide impeccably built homes at a price point that is accessible for everyone.
Spread over a 5-million-sq-ft area, Nasma Residences has been carefully planned to ensure a balance between living areas and community facilities.
Keeping homeowners’ comfort and convenience top of mind, Nasma Residences will be anchored by a number of community offerings: a 13-acre lushly landscaped park with cycling and jogging tracks and large play areas; a multi-purpose community centre with a club-house offering sports and recreation facilities; children’s nursery and full-service medical clinic.
According to Arada, the infrastructure contract for the project has been awarded to Darwish Engineering Emirates.
Work on Nasma Residences is progressing rapidly, with Phase One now 35 per cent complete and on track to be delivered by the end of this year. Mobilisation on Phase Two took place earlier this year, and the main contract for Phase Three construction is expected to be awarded in July, stated the developer.
On the project's progress, Arada said work on the community’s 6,500-sq-ft shopping centre had reached ground floor level, and was expected to be completed by the end of the year.
Chairman Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi said: "With only one more phase to come before Arada’s first project, Nasma Residences, is completely sold out, we are expecting a significant response from investors and end-users."
Launched in March 2017, Nasma Residences sold out the first of the community’s five phases in less than a month, making it the fastest-selling residential real estate project in Sharjah. The project, which boasts more than 800 homes, as well as a community centre and parks, is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2019.

These townhouses will be launched during a special sales event at the Ritz-Carlton, DIFC, on Saturday (June 23) evening.
