Al Barari Investment Guide

Al Barari is one of Dubai’s most luxurious master communities located along Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The development features mansions, high-end villas, and luxurious apartments set within a “botanic haven”. Al Barari actually translates to ‘wilderness’ in Arabic. According to the developer they have introduced about 500 species of plants that have never been grown in Dubai. Years were spent nurturing plant-life in greenhouses in Al Barari which is now translating into the lush landscape. Over sixty percent of the community is set amongst green surroundings, mainly consisting of green space, gardens, lakes, and streams.

In addition to residential properties, the community also has a plant nursery (which is one of the largest privately-owned nurseries in the region), spa and wellness destination, The Farm Restaurant, and a state-of-the-art health club.

Seventh Heaven

Seventh Heaven is a luxury residential development within Al Barari, featuring large one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments. There are 157 contemporary-style apartments with high-end finishes. The sizes range from 1,959 sq. ft. to 9,200 sq. ft. There will be two entire floors (ground and lower ground) that will feature a luxury retail promenade. Apartments will overlook landscaped gardens, waterways, walkways, and the city skyline. The interior has large windows allowing for natural light to flow through the apartment. Completion is expected by December 2018.



Ashjar is a collection of 120 contemporary-style apartments spread across nine low-rise and low-density buildings. The development features one, two, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 1,700 sq. ft. to 4,900 sq. ft. The development is surrounded by waterways and greenery. The buildings in Ashjar are divided into three categories reflecting their exterior architectural style: Extrovert, Introvert, and Cube. Completion is expected by December 2018.

The Residences
This was the first phase of the project and consists of 189 five and six-bedroom mansions set around greenery. The villas have large built up areas between 12 – 17,000 sq. ft. These sort of built up areas can mainly be found in Emirates Hills where Emaar sold plots that allowed home-owners to customize their homes. With their massive doors and windows, amazing internal architecture, large basements and high ceilings – Al Barari homes are without doubt one of the most spacious & luxurious in the city. These units are now available on re-sale in the secondary market.

The Reserve
The Reserve is a collection of freehold land designed to accommodate high-end large bespoke villas with 6 or more bedrooms. The plots are located on "leaves" and have their own private access. The remaining plot sizes start from 16,000 sq. ft. starting from AED 430 per square foot.


The Nest
The Nest is a collection of 55 four-bedroom luxurious villas. There are two types of villas with built up areas ranging from 6,300 to 7,400 sq. ft. and plot sizes ranging from 10,000 -13,000 sq. ft. These villas have contemporary architectural-style with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for natural light to flow into the house. All villas come with a private pool, maid’s room, driver’s room, barbeque area, and two car parking. In addition, the Nest will have walkways, children’s play areas, and waterways within the community. Prices start from AED 10.2 million.
