Villas Capital Values & Growth Rates

On average villa prices declined by 1.71% in the last quarter. The average cost of buying a villa in Dubai is now AED 1,345 per sq. ft. This is a decline of 6.3% from the peak reached in Q2 2014, when average prices psf for villas was AED 1,432 per sq. ft.
